Pastor

Dwayne is currently the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. Additionally, he is a part of Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is passionate about empowering the next generation of Biblical counselors. He is a part of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He has written several online pieces, and also a contributor in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne was married to Leslie. The couple has three children.
