Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born June 13, 1962 in the United States is an actress. In 1983, following her film debut Bad Boys, Sheedy became one of the Brat pack with actors. She starred in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986), and WarGames. Sheedy's performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actress. Ally Sheedy has been an American author and actress for more than 20 years. She began her film career by appearing in the crime-drama film Bad Boys in the early 1980s. She received a lot of praise. In the film directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown, and Alan Ruck also appeared. Her first success led her to make an appearance in The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama in 1985. John Hughes's film The Breakfast Club is considered as among the best high school films. Even though it had an budget of just one million dollars, the film's revenues exceeded $50 million. As she worked on the show her first appearance on television came in the form of CBS Schoolbreak. This show aimed at teenagers which began in April of 1980. She also appears as a character in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film with her part being a brief cameo.
